Therapy is delivered through our partnered telehealth portals. Both connect you with a licensed medical team and dispense through licensed compounding pharmacies. They differ in what they carry and how they are structured.

You come in for a wellness assessment. We review your history, symptoms, and laboratory data, and if therapy makes sense we direct you to the portal best suited to your case — then stay involved as your local point of contact.

You are outside our area, or you would rather begin remotely. Go directly to either Zone Care portal and connect with their licensed medical team on your own. No in-office visit is required and no assessment with us is needed first.

Common questions

Which portal should I choose?

If your plan is ongoing hormone management with recurring visits, comprehensive blood testing, and dose adjustment over time, Portal A's membership model fits better. If you are pursuing a specific peptide, GLP-1 therapy, or a defined metabolic course, Portal B is built for that. When your case spans both, we tell you which to use during your assessment.

Can I use both?

Yes. Some plans combine hormone management through one portal with a peptide or metabolic course through the other. Tell each medical team what you are taking so your full regimen is on record with both.

Who provides the medical oversight?

Licensed clinicians employed by each partnered platform review your intake, order labs where appropriate, and authorize therapy. Medications are dispensed by licensed compounding pharmacies. Zone Wellness does not dispense medication.

Do I have to see you first?

No. The in-office assessment is the recommended path because it starts from your own data, but either portal accepts patients directly and neither requires a referral from us.

Zone Care Portal A and Zone Care Portal B are independent partnered platforms. Once you continue to either one, their terms, privacy policy, and clinical protocols apply. Zone Wellness Lab does not prescribe or dispense medication.
