How it works
Evaluation first. Every time.
The order matters more than the menu. Understanding what is happening in your body determines whether a therapy is appropriate, and often reveals that the right answer is something you were not expecting.
- 01
Medical intake
You complete a structured history covering symptoms, medications, past conditions, family history, sleep, training, and goals. This is where most of the useful information comes from — labs interpret a person, not the other way around.
Intake also screens for conditions that make certain therapies inappropriate, including cardiovascular disease, cancer history, pregnancy, and untreated psychiatric illness.
- 02
Laboratory testing
Baseline panels are ordered based on your presentation. For fatigue and hormone complaints that typically means a comprehensive metabolic panel, CBC, thyroid studies, iron studies, vitamin D, hormone panels, and cardiometabolic markers including ApoB and HbA1c.
Testing frequently identifies something other than what a patient expected — thyroid disease, sleep apnea, iron deficiency, or insulin resistance. Finding it changes the plan, which is the point.
- 03
Provider consultation and plan
A licensed provider reviews your history and results with you, explains what the data shows, and builds a plan. Where medication is appropriate, you are told how it may fit your goals, what it costs, and what it requires of you.
If a treatment is not appropriate for your history, results, or goals, we say so. That is a feature of medical oversight, not a failure of service.
- 04
Monitoring and adjustment
Follow-up laboratory testing confirms the response is appropriate and catches side effects early. Dose and approach are adjusted based on measured results and how you feel, not on a fixed protocol.
Ongoing monitoring is a condition of continued therapy for hormone and metabolic treatments. Therapy without follow-up is not care we provide.
Programs versus education
Programs we deliver
Therapies prescribed and monitored by a licensed provider, sourced through our partnered distributors, with labs and follow-up included. These carry a treatment or consultation pathway on their page.
Educational topics
Compounds people are researching that we cover accurately without recommending. They remain educational, with their biological features, potential applications, and important qualifications presented together.
Ready to start with data?
Begin with an intake and baseline labs. You will leave the first consultation knowing what your numbers say and what, if anything, warrants treatment.
